Amy Palmer has spent over fifteen years in the media industry as an Executive Producer, Director, Writer, TV Host, Reporter, Entertainment/Pop Culture Expert and multiple Emmy-Nominated Content Creator and Host. She has worked as a producer at MSNBC, VH1 and MTV where she produced shows such as Total Request Live, Daria, MTV Hits, The MTV Beach House and The MTV Video Music Awards.  After a successful stint as a producer at Viacom, she made the transition to on-camera reporter, host and executive producer where she created and hosted the multiple Emmy-nominated program,"New York 360" that focused on NYC lifestyle and entertainment.  The show aired on NYCTV, which was a property under Mayor Bloomberg's media portfolio.  Amy identified emerging and existing brands in NYC to partner with New York 360, such as DailyCandy, Thrillist, Mediabistro, Z100, Aldo, and Sephora. The show was acquired by NBC New York and aired after The Martha Stewart Show for a season.

After building a show from the ground up, and looking for her next creative project, Amy identified female entrepreneurs as the next big thing.  She created PowerwomenTV, a digital platform that focused on women in business and lifestyle. She created over 5,000 pieces of content for the brand since its inception in 2009, where she was an early adopter of female empowerment as the next big trend. She bootstrapped the brand through her work as an entertainment reporter, until securing seed money from an investor in 2012.  She built out 300 pieces of content out of her NYC apartment with three editors in the kitchen and two assistants in her living room. The brand immediately attracted attention when it launched in 2013, partnering with Sirius XM, TaxiTV, and Time Inc.  Time Inc syndicated the entire PowerwomenTV library through its platforms reaching an audience into the billions on People.com, Instyle.com, Fortune.com, Health.com and more.  PowerwomenTV and Amy's work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, MSNBC, The New York Post, Business Digest, Cosmo, Gotham, Hamptons, and more.   Women who have been featured on the network include  Barbara Corcoran, Kris Jenner, Eva Longoria, Tracy Anderson, Kristen Cavallari, Bethenny Frankel and  Sallie Krawcheck.

In addition to developing digital properties, Amy has signed multi-year first look deals with Wilshire Studios, the production arm of NBC Universal where she developed reality shows including “Making Madison” with social media star and singer Madison Beer (100 million followers across all platforms) , the protégé of Justin Bieber. Additionally, she created a pilot called  “NYC Girls of Instagram” that followed the life of popular influencers in New York City.  She has secured talent deals with emerging social stars including Tik Tok Star and emerging artist Leah Kate.

Amy continues to work with brands, people and businesses through content, pr and social strategy. She has also worked with top esports teams in content and media strategy. Amy was the Chief Content Officer of Faze Clan and the President and Creator of The Misfits Agency, a division of The Misfits Gaming Group which focused on servicing brands in the esports and gen z marketplace.
